Spicy sriracha and lime popcorn
Ingredients
- 10 cup plain popped popcorn
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Put popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
- Heat butter and sriracha in a small saucepan over medium heat until butter melts, whisk well to emulsify the sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in lime zest. Drizzle over popcorn and mix until evenly combined. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
