10 cup plain popped popcorn

10 tablespoons unsalted butter

10 tablespoons brown sugar

Sea salt, to taste
Directions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the popcorn in to a large bowl, and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat while stirring.
- When the mixture begins to bubble, turn the heat to low and continue cooking and stirring for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn. Make sure you coat the popcorn evenly.
- Dump the mixture out on to a lined sheet pan and spread apart.
- Sprinkle salt over the popcorn. Test one of the pieces to ensure you've added salt to your liking.
- Let the popcorn sit for a few minutes to allow the caramel to harden.
