Ingredients
Dough:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cooking oil
3/4 cup water
1 egg
Broth and vegetables:
1/2 cup dried anchovies (remove heads) or dashi or mushroom broth
2 stalks green onion
1 med-size potato, halved, sliced 1/4 inch thickness
1 carrot, halved, sliced 1/4 inch thickness
Seasoning:
2 tablespoon chopped green onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons chili pepper
2 teaspoons salt
Pinch of black pepper
Directions
Seasoning:
In a small bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients together.
Love and marriage:
In a med-size pot, bring water to boil.
Add anchovies/dashi/mushroom broth.
Boil for five minutes.
Add potato and carrots.
Add hand-pulled pieces of dough into the pot.
Cook for three minutes.
Pour seasoning into the pot and cook for another two minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
