Ingredients
1 two inch piece of turmeric
Two cups of milk of your choice
Directions
Scrape a two inch piece of turmeric and chop it.
Put chopped turmeric in a saucepan with two cups of milk.
Boil once and then simmer it for ten minutes while watching to ensure it doesn’t boil over.
Let the flavours steep.
Drink warm.
