Warm spiced golden milk

  • 1 two inch piece of turmeric
  • Two cups of milk of your choice


  1. Scrape a two inch piece of turmeric and chop it.
  2. Put chopped turmeric in a saucepan with two cups of milk.
  3. Boil once and then simmer it for ten minutes while watching to ensure it doesn’t boil over.
  4. Let the flavours steep.
  5. Drink warm.
