You don't have to make a full turkey for Easter! Ronnie Woo shared a sweet and spicy recipe for a simple turkey breast that's sure to impress.

Ingredients
Roasted Turkey
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3-pound bone-in, skin-on turkey breast
Sweet and Spicy Lemon Sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons sambal oelek
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely grated
Directions
Roasted Turkey
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, smoked paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Sprinkle over the turkey breast until fully covered in the flour mixture.
Transfer to a small baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Roast until golden brown and cooked through (165° F), about 80 to 95 minutes.
Let rest while you prepare the sauce.
Sweet and Spicy Lemon Sauce
In a small pot over medium heat, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, sambal oelek, olive oil, black pepper and grated garlic. Cook until slightly thickened, about 10 to 12 minutes, whisking occasionally.
Serve
Remove turkey meat from the bone, slice, and drizzle with sauce right before serving. Enjoy!
