Sweet and tangy pineapple meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 455 grams frozen turkey meatballs
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced pineapple
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add the peppers and cook until the begin to soften, about three minutes. Add the meatballs, diced pineapple, and BBQ sauce.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until meatballs are heated through.
- Serve over rice.
