The classic martini
Ingredients
- 74 milliliters vodka
- 15 milliliters of dry vermouth
- 1 dash grapefruit bitters
- 2 Spanish green olives
- Lemon zest
- Bamboo spear
- Served in a classic martini glass
Directions
- In Yarai over fresh kold draft ice, pour 74 milliliters vodka, 15 milliliters dry vermouth, and one dash grapefruit bitters. Stir until desired dilution. Strain into classic martini glass. Zest lemon, express oils, and garnish. Spear two olives and submerge directly into cocktail.
