The easiest avocado and crab salad

Just take one look at this salad and you'll have no more doubts.

Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 115 grams lump crab meat
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and fresh black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine onion, lime juice, cilantro, tomato, olive oil.
- Add crab meat and gently toss, season well with salt and pepper.
- Cut the avocado open, remove pit and peel the skin or spoon the avocado out.
- Season with remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt and fill the avocado halves equally with crab salad.
