Ingredients
1 medium ripe avocado
115 grams lump crab meat
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
6 grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and fresh black pepper
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine onion, lime juice, cilantro, tomato, olive oil.
Add crab meat and gently toss, season well with salt and pepper.
Cut the avocado open, remove pit and peel the skin or spoon the avocado out.
Season with remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt and fill the avocado halves equally with crab salad.
