Vanilla and almond oat milk latte

  • 250 millilitres oat milk
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Cocoa powder, for garnish


  1. Using an electric frother, warm the oat milk. If using a manual frother, warm the oat milk in advance.
  2. Make a fresh shot of espresso coffee.
  3. In a cup add in the espresso, vanilla extract, almond extract and the maple syrup. Stir together to combine the ingredients. 
  4. Add in the oat milk. 
  5. Top with cocoa powder
