Double-chocolate chip mug cake
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oat flour or all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit or stevia
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of water (add more if needed)
- 2 teaspoons dark mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Pour all ingredients (only half of the chocolate chips) into a mug.
- Stir very well until there are no clumps. Add a small portion of more water if needed.
- Top off with the other half (1 teaspoon) of chocolate chips.
- Microwave for one minute.
