Double-chocolate chip mug cake

  • 2 tablespoons oat flour or all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit or stevia
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of water (add more if needed)
  • 2 teaspoons dark mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Pour all ingredients (only half of the chocolate chips) into a mug.
  2. Stir very well until there are no clumps. Add a small portion of more water if needed.
  3. Top off with the other half (1 teaspoon) of chocolate chips.
  4. Microwave for one minute.
