Ingredients
2 tablespoons oat flour or all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons monk fruit or stevia
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of water (add more if needed)
2 teaspoons dark mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Pour all ingredients (only half of the chocolate chips) into a mug.
Stir very well until there are no clumps. Add a small portion of more water if needed.
Top off with the other half (1 teaspoon) of chocolate chips.
Microwave for one minute.
