Add flour, egg, milk and salt to a blender and blend for 15 seconds.
In a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, melt one teaspoon of butter. When butter is bubbling, add three to four tablespoons of batter and immediately swirl the pan to spread out the batter. Cook for approximately one minute, then use a spatula to lift one end, then your fingers to help flip the crepe. Cook for approximately one more minute, or until the crepe is well browned.
