Charcuterie Cocktails

Ingredients
- 100g Cubed applewood cheddar
- 1 cup whole olives (kalamata, Castelvetrano)
- ½ cup pickled peppers or pepperoncini
- 100g kielbasa, rough chopped
- 100g salami or pepperoni sticks, rough chopped
- Basil, torn
- Balsamic glaze
- Bread sticks
Directions
- Simply combine all of your favourite charcuterie elements, chopped to bite sized, in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss and serve in coupette cocktail glasses. Top with basil, balsamic glaze, and bread sticks! Serve as a fun appetizer.
