Charcuterie Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 100g Cubed applewood cheddar
  • 1 cup whole olives (kalamata, Castelvetrano)
  • ½ cup pickled peppers or pepperoncini
  • 100g kielbasa, rough chopped
  • 100g salami or pepperoni sticks, rough chopped
  • Basil, torn
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Bread sticks

Directions

  1. Simply combine all of your favourite charcuterie elements, chopped to bite sized, in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Toss and serve in coupette cocktail glasses. Top with basil, balsamic glaze, and bread sticks! Serve as a fun appetizer.
