Ingredients
- 3 kiwis, sliced
- 2 limes, sliced into wheels
- 10 oz bianco vermouth
- 5 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 20 oz Muscadet Wine
- 5 oz Easy Citrus Peel Cordial
- 8 oz Verjus
Directions
- In a large punch bowl, at least 128 oz, combine all ingredients.
- Stir to integrate flavours and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Before serving, give it a quick stir.
- Add a few giant ice cubes to maintain temperature.
- Serve immediately by ladling into small punch cups.
To stretch it further, add the juice of 1 whole lime and 10 oz pear cider. Topo Chico Twist of Lime or tepache also works if you want more lift and sweetness.
