Serves about 10 cocktails

Ingredients

  • 3 kiwis, sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced into wheels
  • 10 oz bianco vermouth
  • 5 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 20 oz Muscadet Wine
  • 5 oz Easy Citrus Peel Cordial
  • 8 oz Verjus

Directions

  1. In a large punch bowl, at least 128 oz, combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir to integrate flavours and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Before serving, give it a quick stir.
  4. Add a few giant ice cubes to maintain temperature.
  5. Serve immediately by ladling into small punch cups.

To stretch it further, add the juice of 1 whole lime and 10 oz pear cider. Topo Chico Twist of Lime or tepache also works if you want more lift and sweetness.
