Makes 2 cocktails

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 4 oz pineapple juice or orange juice
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

  1. Add the dark rum, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, juice, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
