A twist on this classic cocktail, made with coconut and passion fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz coconut-flavoured tequila
  • 1 oz passionfruit juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 3 dashes cinnamon bitters
  • 1 oz sparkling wine

Directions

  1. Add tequila, passionfruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup and cinnamon bitters in a shaker and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine. Enjoy!
