Barry White cocktail

This is the ultimate guilty pleasure - a Pina colada riff but with scotch! The soft sweet notes of coconut and pineapple are such a fun dessert cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1oz cacao nib-infused scotch
  • 0.5 oz Amaro Montenegro
  • 0.5 oz Amarula (Coconut)
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup
  • 0.5 oz pineapple juice

Directions

  1. Shake scotch,  amaro, Amarula, maple syrup, and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain it into a rocks glass.
  3. Top with coconut whipped cream garnished with cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
