Hot white chocolate
Curl up on the couch on a cold winter day with this sweet and satisfying hot chocolate made with white chocolate, vanilla bean paste, and cream.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup white chocolate, finely chopped (or use white chocolate chips)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 cup Bailey's (optional)
- Whipped cream, mini marshmallows, extra shaved chocolate for topping
Directions
- In a saucepot bring the milk, cream, chocolate, salt, and vanilla bean paste up to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Bailey's, if using.
- Divide into four mugs. and top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and extra shaved white chocolate. If you're feeling wild, use a mini torch to toast the marshmallows! Enjoy!
