Ingredients
2 1/2 cup milk
1 cup cream
1 cup white chocolate, finely chopped (or use white chocolate chips)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup Bailey's (optional)
Whipped cream, mini marshmallows, extra shaved chocolate for topping
Directions
In a saucepot bring the milk, cream, chocolate, salt, and vanilla bean paste up to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the Bailey's, if using.
Divide into four mugs. and top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and extra shaved white chocolate. If you're feeling wild, use a mini torch to toast the marshmallows! Enjoy!
