Sgroppino cocktail

This means relaxing the stomach after a meal. It is from Venice in the north of Italy and is often served in big crowds like at a wedding between courses to freshen the palate or as an after-dinner drink.

  • Lemon sorbet
  • Chilled prosecco
  • Cream
  • Vodka
  • Mint

Directions

  1. Add lemon sorbet, chilled prosecco, cream, and vodka into a blender. TIP: The sorbet shouldn’t be too hard. 
  2. Blend until it's creamy. Serve in a champagne flute and enjoy!
