Aperol spritz

Ingredients

  • 1 ounces Aperol
  • 4 ounces Prosecco (or any sparkling wine)
  • 1.5 ounces of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounces vodka
  • Splash of club soda
  • Whole grapefruit & rind to make twists Ice

Directions

  1. Make twists of the grapefruit rind and put into a tall wine glass.
  2. Add some ice and fill with the alcohol and fresh grapefruit juice. Add a splash of soda if needed.
  3. Stir gently, and enjoy!
