Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of high-quality cocoa powder
- 1.5 to 2 cups of fortified plain soy beverage, or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons salted almond butter
- 1/3 cup ice
- A drop of vitamin D (optional)
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth. If you need to add water, you can make it thinner. Serve and enjoy!
