Truffle Mac & Cheese Bites

Take your frozen mac and cheese and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Coat them in a little egg wash, toss in bread crumbs, bake on a cookie sheet until crispy, dress them with a little truffle oil to feel fancy, and dress them with chives.

Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen mac and cheese
- Fine bread crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- Truffle oil (for drizzling)
- Fresh chives (chopped, for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the mac and cheese.
- Place the frozen mac and heese on a cutting board and cut while frozen into bite-sized pieces.
- Dip in a little Flour, then Egg Wash and then bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake the mac and cheese bites until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove them from the oven and drizzle with truffle oil.
- Garnish with chopped fresh chives.
- Serve hot as a delightful cocktail party appetizer. Enjoy!
