Pina colada overnight oats

Create a tropical vacation-inspired meal right in a mason jar thanks to this tasty and easy recipe. 



  • 6 tablespoons quick oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon seeds (hemp, chia, flax)


  1. Start off by adding the oats, chia, protein powder, and almond milk and mix it up so it comes together in the mason jar. 
  2. Now layer the cottage cheese, yogurt, chopped pineapple, and coconut. TIP: If you want blitzed oats, put everything in the blender at this point.
  3. If blended, pour back into the jar, and then top the oats with some extra pineapple and your seeds for texture.
  4. Let it come together overnight. Enjoy in the morning.
