Rose garden gin fizz

Once the rose ice cubes were done, add some non-alcoholic sparkling rose for a pink gin fizz. The gin cube melts so deliciously into the bubbles.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Fluere Raspberry Gin
  • 1 bottle of Noughty Sparkling Rose
  • 1 cup of raspberries

Directions

  1. Place a rose-shaped silicone ice cube mold on a baking tray or cutting board. 
  2. Pour the Fluere gin into each of the roses in the mold. 
  3. Add a few raspberries to each of the roses. 
  4. Place in the freezer for several hours until frozen. 
  5. Gently pop a frozen rose out of its mold, and place it into a champagne coupe. 
  6. Top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Serve and enjoy!
