Cookies and cream parfait
Cookies and cream-inspired yogurt parfait topped with cookies, strawberries and a creamy frosting.

Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granola of choice
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 10 oreos or cookies and cream cookies
Directions
- Mix your powdered sugar, salted butter, and heavy cream cream together until you get a nice icing consistency.
- In a Ziploc bag, bash up eight Oreos and then combine with your granola.
- Slice up your strawberries.
- Slice your last two Oreos in half for garnish.
- Assemble with a few tbsp granola on the base, then some icing, then some yogurt.
- Repeat the steps, but add strawberries in the middle layer.
- Top with some extra granola and a half Oreo. Enjoy!
