Ingredients
12 pancakes
2/3 cup creme fraiche
1/2 bunch dill, picked
30g caviar
Directions
Take a pancake and place half a teaspoon of the crème fraîche on each of the remaining Blinis, followed by one teaspoon of the caviar. Finally, garnish each one with a tiny sprig of dill, and they’re ready to serve. Repeat with other pancakes and enjoy!
