The perfect oyster platter doesn't exist— wait, now it does, thanks to Shahir Massoud!

Ingredients

Mignonette Sauce

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 shallot finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped mint

Oysters

  • 24 "Beau Soleil" oysters

Directions

Mignonette Sauce

  1. Combine ingredients together in a bowl and set aside for serving. 

Oyster Platter

  1. Place oysters around a round serving tray. Add lemon wedges, grated horseradish, and hot sauce if you like. Serve with Mignonette Sauce. Enjoy!
