3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 apples/pears, julienned

1 tablespoon grainy mustard

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 clove of garlic, minced

4 teaspoons cane sugar

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 head shredded cabbage

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss with cabbage and apple/pear.
- Stir in parsley and celery seeds. Let stand for ten minutes before serving.
