Caprese skewers

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Bocconcini balls or pearls
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Basil (optional)


  1. Place a cherry tomato and a Bocconcini ball on a skewer and continue alternating until the skewer is full. Add EVOO and balsamic vinegar to a small container (mixed to taste) and seal tightly with the lid.  Place the skewers and the dip in a container.  Shake dip before serving – then dip and enjoy.
