Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 20 minutes in hot water

1/2 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (or water)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender until very smooth. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. This will keep up to seven days in the fridge.
