Directions
- Add oats and walnuts to a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add dates, cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt to food processor and pulse until thoroughly combined. Mixture should be sticky and holding together. If needed, add some water to achieve desired consistency.
- Transfer date mixture to ramekins, then garnish with icing sugar and walnuts.
