Coconut caramel bourbon blast

Ingredients

  • 4 large scoops of caramel ice cream
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1-2 ounces bourbon
  • Coconut whipped cream
  • Caramel sauce for garnish
  • Caramel corn for garnish
  • Toasted coconut chips for garnish

Directions

  1. Add ice cream, coconut milk and bourbon to a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  2. Drizzle the inside of the chilled milkshake glass with caramel sauce. Pour milkshake into the glass and top with a dollop of coconut whipped cream, a scattering of caramel corn and some toasted coconut chips. Enjoy!
