Crunchy dill ranch slaw

Bring the crunch to any dinner party with this yummy salad. 



  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle brine
  • 3 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 10 cups shaved green cabbage
  • 2 cups thinly sliced green kale
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 green onions, sliced


  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pickle brine, dill, sugar, garlic and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, kale, almonds and green onions.
  3. Pour dressing overtop; toss to coat. Serve. Enjoy!
