Combine almond flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
Cream the butter with sugars in a large bowl. Add in eggs and vanilla until combined. Gradually add in flour mixture. Stir in chocolates and cherries. Using a small ice cream scoop place scoops on parchment paper lined baking sheets about five centimeters apart.
Bake seven to eight minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on a cookie rack and enjoy!
