El Diablo cocktail

  • 1.5 oz Hornitos Reposado
  • 0.5 oz Kinsip County Cassis
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 3-4 oz ginger beer
  • Lime wedge and candied ginger for garnish


  1. Combine your rum, cassis and lime in a mason jar. Fill with ice.
  2. Seal your jar and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Open jar and top up with ginger beer.
  4. Give a light stir to integrate.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and candied gingerĀ
