A gin and tonic is a classic drink, but spice it up and make it festive with this yummy recipe! Not to mention, this particular drinks pair perfectly with goat cheese.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 sprig fresh mint
6 juniper berries
1 lime
1 ounce gin
1 cup of tonic
Garnish with rosemary and pomegranite seeds
Directions
In a cocktail shaker pour in salt, sugar, a sprig of mint and juniper berries. Muddle these ingredients until the berries are crushed.
Add one ounce of gin to the muddled mixture and shake. Strain juice into a tall glass with ice.
Top the mixture off with tonic.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and pomegranite seeds.
