Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

1.5 teaspoon baking soda

2 cups milk

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tablespoon kosher salt
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together and in a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
- Pour wet into dry and mix until a dough forms.
- Put onto a board and with more all purpose flour, knead until the dough is springy and not super wet.
- Cut a six millimeter cross in the top of the ball of dough and put into a preheated 425 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Best served immediately!
