3 roasted red peppers (skins removed)

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 green onion, thinly sliced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

Toasted pita triangles
Directions
- Place feta, red peppers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, green onion, oregano, chili flakes, and salt and pepper in a food processor. Process until slightly coarse in texture, or completely smooth based on your preference.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve alongside warm pita triangles. Enjoy!
