Spinach dip

A simple way to revive that leftover wilted spinach in your fridge. A delicious dipper for those veggie and other odds and ends in your fridge and pantry. A picnic is not complete with a beautiful nibble board to enjoy. Use up any veggies or cheeses in your fridge with some crackers or even that leftover lonely pita.
Ingredients
Spinach dip
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup spinach finely chopped
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
To serve
- Any leftover veggies in your fridge
- Cut up odds and ends of cheeses
- Crackers
- Pita
- Potato chips
Directions
1. To make the dip, whisk together yogurt and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
2. Arrange veggies, cheese, crackers, pita or chips on a board and serve with spinach dip.
