Baked brie

Easy-baked brie with honey and rosemary and white wine is the perfect simple appetizer for any occasion. Served with crusty bread or your favourite crackers, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.



  • 1 wheel (250g) brie
  • 20ml your favorite white wine
  • 20ml honey
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • Crusty bread, to serve


  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and place wheel of brie in a small baking dish.
  2. Poke approximately 10 small holes with a knife on the top side of the brie.
  3. Carefully pour white wine into the small holes. If some spill over the cheese, it's not a problem.
  4. Drizzle honey on the top side of the brie and tuck rosemary sprigs into three of the holes of the brie. 
  5. Put the baking dish into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with crusty bread.
