Baked brie

Easy-baked brie with honey and rosemary and white wine is the perfect simple appetizer for any occasion. Served with crusty bread or your favourite crackers, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1 wheel (250g) brie
- 20ml your favorite white wine
- 20ml honey
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- Crusty bread, to serve
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F and place wheel of brie in a small baking dish.
- Poke approximately 10 small holes with a knife on the top side of the brie.
- Carefully pour white wine into the small holes. If some spill over the cheese, it's not a problem.
- Drizzle honey on the top side of the brie and tuck rosemary sprigs into three of the holes of the brie.
- Put the baking dish into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread.
