Grilled peaches and prosciutto with goat cheese and honey


  • 1 store bought pizza dough
  • 6 ripe peaches, pitted and cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 thin slices of prosciutto
  • 1 cup mozzarella, grated
  • 1 package goat cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Fresh oregano for garnish


  1. This grilled pizza will impress your guests!
  2. First up, grill your peaches. Set your BBQ to medium high heat, brush the peaches with a bit of olive oil and grill them for about five minutes. Once grilled, set them aside.
  3. Stretch the pizza dough out - no need to create a perfect circle! It’s all about having fun with this. Brush one side of the pizza dough with olive oil and place it on the grill. Close the lid for about six minutes. This should be enough time for the bottom of the pizza dough to grill to perfection. Flip it and add a bit more oil, the grilled peaches, prosciutto, grated mozzarella and a scattering of goat cheese. Close the lid and let everything melt for another five minutes - it’s so fast!
  4. Once everything has melted, remove the pizza from the BBQ and drizzle with honey, and top with fresh oregano. Enjoy!
