Herbed croutons
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of bread sliced or torn into desired shapes/sizes
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2–3 teaspoons dried herbs of choice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
- Lightly coat the bread chunks with oil and season to your liking with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
- Bake until golden brown, about eight minutes. Cool, then store.
