These two-ingredient cookies are ridiculously easy!

Ingredients
1 sheet, thawed puff pastry
1 cup white sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Scatter 1/4 cup of sugar over work surface. Place puff pastry on top of sugar, and top with 1/4 cup of sugar. Using a rolling pin, gently roll out pastry to remove any bumps or creases, and to press sugar into the dough.
Fold the left long side of the dough half way towards the middle. Fold the right long side of the dough half way towards the middle.
Repeat process again for left and right side so that they touch in the middle. Then fold one side over the other side to form a stack.
Slice into one centimeter pieces, and roll in more sugar. place on baking sheet, spacing cookies five centimeters apart.
