Ingredients

3 cups whole plain yogurt

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 pinch, saffron threads

1 pinch ground cardamom

3/4 cup tinned mango pulp (or freshly pureed ripe mango)

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Diced ripe mango

Chopped pistachios

Sweetened whipped cream
Directions
- Line a small sieve with cheesecloth and place over a bowl. Pour yogurt over cheesecloth, and place in fridge overnight. Discard any liquid that has drained into the bowl.
- Heat cream, crush in saffron threads, and stir.. Pour over pressed yogurt along with cardamom, mango pulp, and powdered sugar. Combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
- Layer mango yogurt in a glass with fresh diced mango, pistachios, and whipped cream. Hold in fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy! :)
