A meaty side that is a great choice for your next family dinner.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
900 grams medium ground pork
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
1 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon fennel seeds, toasted and lightly crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried chilies
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and incorporate with your hands.
Form equal patties of desired size, about ten.
Let chill covered in a fridge for about an hour
Heat oil in a large cast iron pan on medium-high heat.
Sear off the patties flipping half way until fully cooked through.
