Miso honey butter

1 /2 CUP


  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • Generous pinch of salt (optional)


  1. In bowl, combine butter, miso and honey. Mix well. Add sea salt, if desired. Spread on fresh bread, toast or use for sautéing vegetables such as mushrooms, zucchini or onions.
