1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 tablespoon white miso paste

1 tablespoon liquid honey

Generous pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
- In bowl, combine butter, miso and honey. Mix well. Add sea salt, if desired. Spread on fresh bread, toast or use for sautéing vegetables such as mushrooms, zucchini or onions.
