1H 15 Mins
Ingredients
900 grams chicken wings
1.5 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup peach jam
3/4 cup, Louisiana style hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees, and place a rack on a baking tray.
Massage baking powder and salt into wings, and arrange on the rack, making sure not to crowd the wings.
Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes, then increase heat to 450 degrees and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, and prepare the sauce by heating up peach jam, and hot sauce in a saucepan until bubbling.
Place wings in a large bowl, and pour sauce over top. Toss to coat. Enjoy hot!
