Pineapple whiskey sour

This cocktail is an absolute must-make this summer! 



  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 large egg white
  • Pineapple wedges, for garnish


  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, and shake for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice, and shake again until chilled.
  3. Strain into a whiskey glass, and garnish with a wedge of pineapple. Enjoy!
