Ingredients

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz campari
  • 1 oz sparkling wine
  • Old fashioned glass
  • Orange zest for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine sweet vermouth and Campari in old -fashioned glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice. Lightly stir for ten seconds.
  3. Top with sparkling, stir two rotations just to integrate.
  4. Express orange zest on top. Drop in. Enjoy.
