Ingredients
Soba Buckwheat Noodles
1 x 8 ounce (227 g) package buckwheat soba pasta
Soy Sauce Dressing
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
Garnish
1 stalk green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
Soba Buckwheat Noodles
Cook soba noodles according to package. Or, bring a large pot of water to boil. Add soba noodles and cook for four to seven minutes depending on package directions or desired texture.
Drain noodles and rinse under cold water. Place in a serving bowl and set aside.
Soy Sauce Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and sugar. Set aside for serving.
Serve
Pour soy sauce dressing over noodles and toss.
Add green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Toss gently to combine.
