Simple arugula salad

Try this simple salad with a glass of Jackson-Triggs Grand Reserve Sparkling Merlot on your next picnic!



For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

For the salad:

  • 3 teaspoons balsamic glaze
  • A medium container of arugula that has at least 6 cups of arugula salad, washed
  • 12 strips of shaved parmesan


For the dressing:

  1. Put all contents into a small mason jar and shake vigorously. Leave it in the container as a carrier to your picnic!

For the salad:

  1. Bring all ingredients, lightly mix and serve immediately
